Outside Areas

We are immensely proud of our south facing beer garden with enchanting views across the Cuckmere Valley and to the South Downs in the distance. With a large awning and wall mounted patio heaters our raised decking is the perfect place to watch our glorious sunsets from. The garden is a sun trap and our newly installed pergola provides some welcome shade to drinkers and diners alike. It is also the centrepiece for our fabulous music nights in the garden. On other occasions our state of the art speakers provide relaxing background music to those who want it.

We have a play area for some of our younger visitors together with garden tables enabling you to keep a watchful eye on them. Our tethering posts are also ideal for the myriad horse riders who pass the Inn from local stables.
